Visualizing data using graphical tools is the basis of exploratory data analysis and can guide the analysis of large amounts of data we would like to unravel using multivariate analysis. Communicating our results through graphics is equally important and legends, labels and presentation of the data can help do this. Numerous icons are available in The Unscrambler® X 10.2 to make data exploration and visualization easy.
A legend can be added to a plot by selecting the icon:
The position of the legend (north, south, east, west) can be changed by going to Properties:
Points can be added or removed from a line plot with the Show Points icon:
The point sizes, line sizes and colors can be further customized from the Properties dialog. For other plots, the point labels can be toggled on and off using the Show Labels short cut:
