In The Unscrambler® X users define ranges of samples (row sets) and variables (column sets) to facilitate the analysis of data. These ranges can be copied into a different data matrix that has the same data (such as a matrix of data after it has been transformed) by a right mouse click. Select a row (column) set and right mouse click to get the menu shown below. Select Range->Copy Range. Then go to the destination matrix and again right mouse click and choose Range-> Paste Range.
This feature can be very useful after using the function Create range from a plot (such as a PCA score plot) which creates a row set in the Raw Data folder in a given analysis node. This range can then be copied and pasted back into the parent data matrix.
